Leafy Greens Help Vascular Health
Try a kale salad for lunch, or even a side of steamed spinach with a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of minced garlic. Yum.
Kale Salad
1 bunch washed kale, chopped
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp herb mare (mix salt and other spices)
4 tablespoons olive oil (to taste)
1 chopped shallot
1 shredded carrot
1 apple, sliced into slivers or handful of goji berries or cranberries
Combine these ingredients in a bowl, mix and serve!
